Sep 16-25, 2010 WJS Liahona brought in a Chinese director to visit Salt Lake and Dixie area.
After the 2010 performance with Dixie, China has been paying alot of attention to Dixie. WJS Liahona is preparing to assist Dixie again in the 2011 May performance, with more of the Chinese education system involved. Read more about the educational group opporunities in China
Oct 13-16, 2009 WJS Liahona IMA Young Ambassador team will visit the earthquake area for donating food and arts supplies with youth from Arizona and the business people from Utah and Colorado. Games, music, photo,digital family story telling and Return to Virtue call will also be part of the activities.
Oct 13-21, 2009 In Beijing and Chengdu, business men will be introduced to the government officials to present energy and food technologies for improving life quality in the lower income areas and provide job training plans for the less educated workers.
Since May 2009 ,one of the largest food Chinese channels has invited WJS Liahona to gather the salad dressing companies in China for the market plan. All the salad dressing companies are welcome to join the discussion and sampling process in China.
May 9-12, 2009
During the month that includes Mother's Day and the Wenchuan earthquake relief anniversary, young men and women from the State of Utah, will be organizing a Compassionate Services group for the affected areas, to carry out cultural exchanges and activities. At the same time, the families (parents and children) of the earthquake-stricken area will participate in the four days "Loving kindness hand in hand action" series of activities.
